Technical expertise gained over many years, combined with a highly effective engineer management structure, has helped us become one of the largest and most-trusted appliance engineer workforces in the UK.

Training with our Repair Academy
The future of our industry is important to us and our clients too. That’s why in 2015 we set up the Repair Academy to nurture and train young engineers. Our first ten students started a fourteen-week course in 2015, and then went through a further period working alongside our senior engineers.
A standard apprenticeship lasts 3 years and involves repeated testing. Our venue has both standard classrooms and a huge training kitchen/workshop which includes a number of free-standing and integrated products. Different flooring types and kitchen designs are there to provide a realistic environment for installation and de-installation. This idea was taken from a manufacturer’s Training Academy following 2014 visit to Korea.
