If our engineer does not have the necessary part with him, then he will arrange to get it as soon as possible but many freezer problems can be fixed there and then. Our customer service is important to us so anything we can do to make the repairing process easier will be done.

No, we want to make things as convenient as possible for our customers; that’s why we’ll provide you with a three-hour time slot the night before your scheduled repair. You’ll also be able to track your engineer on the day of your appointment for real-time updates on their estimated arrival time.
We aim to be with you as soon as possible and can offer same-day call-outs subject to availability. By booking online, you will receive a confirmed appointment time based on engineer availability in your area.
We accept both credit and debit card payments. Where an appliance protection plan has been selected, we also accept direct debit payments.
No, any spare parts required will cost an additional fee. However, we stock a comprehensive inventory of genuine spare parts at competitive rates.

Yes, all of our engineers undertake comprehensive training through our in-house training academy. We also provide training directly through our appliance manufacturer partners.
Yes, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, all of our repairs are guaranteed for 60 days for your peace of mind.
We’ll always aim to repair your appliance within one visit and our standard appointment typically lasts for around 35 to 40 minutes. However, more complex repairs may require more time or in some cases, such as if additional spare parts are required, a further visit may be required, but our engineers can find a convenient time and arrange this with you.
Generally no, if your appliance is integrated then our engineers will be able to remove the appliance for you if necessary. However, if the appliance has been installed in a unique or challenging location or if there is a risk of damage to your property, for example if the kickboard has been siliconed in place or flooring has been installed after the appliance was fitted, then this may make it difficult for the engineer to remove. In this situation, you would need to have the appliance removed prior to our visit.
Once you have booked your appliance repair, you will receive access to our Customer Connect portal. This will allow you to reschedule your appointment and track your engineer on the day of your appointment.
We will always strive to complete your repair in one visit wherever possible. To maximise the chance of us being able to do this, we’ll need to know as much information as possible about the fault. If we are able to diagnose the issue before arriving, we can identify what parts are required and order them to arrive before our visit if we don’t have them in stock. We also encourage customers to upload images and videos of the faults to ensure our engineers can be fully prepared.
