Error Code	Fault Description
C1	Telescopic rails still in the oven during pyrolytic treatment.
C2	The cooking thermometer is in the connector during the pyrolytic treatment.
C3	Open door during the pyrolytic treatment. If the door is open, you cannot perform the pyrolytic treatment.
C4	The Plus steam button is activated while switching on the pyrolytic treatment.
E0020	Oven internal light is not working.
400	Appliance is connected to 400V. Ensure oven is correctly connected to the electrical supply.
PYR	Indicates that the pyrolytic self-cleaning function of the oven should be performed.
CATA	The CATA symbol indicates that the catalytic self-cleaning function of the oven should be performed.
PERFECT 2	Oven is likely to be in DEMO mode.
F (and number)	Oven needs deactivating with house fuse or safety switch, and activate again.
F601	There is a problem with WiFi signal.
F604	The first connection to WiFi failed.
F602	Wifi signal is not available
F603	Wifi signal is not available
F1 (with pyrolytic cleaning)	Indicates that the oven door cannot close because the pyrolytic function is ON
F1 (without pyrolytic cleaning)	F1 the possible cause is an electronic fault.
F11	Error message F11 / F111 indicates the roasting thermometer is faulty or is not connected properly.
F111	Error message F11 / F111 indicates the roasting thermometer is faulty or is not connected properly.
SAFE or Padlock Symbol	It indicates that the child safety lock is activated.
– – – C	Set both the function selector and temperature knob to the “0” position and turn the power to the appliance off for a few minutes.
PYR	The oven is displaying a “cleaning reminder” feature.
CATA	The oven is displaying a “cleaning reminder” feature.
